First: General Policies
Products are eligible for return within 4 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, including all original accessories.
Products that include a warranty are subject to the warranty terms stated in the product description on our store, followed by what is mentioned in the warranty card or manual included with the product, and cover manufacturing defects only.
In case of a visible manufacturing defect or receiving a product that does not match the description, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos.
Note: The 24-hour reporting period applies only to manufacturing defects or damage upon delivery and does not apply to return requests for personal reasons.
No product may be returned or exchanged if it has been opened or used, except in cases where a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Exchanges apply to products that arrive defective or damaged upon arrival (DOA), subject to inspection by our support team.
Once a return is approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refunds made via bank cards may take 14–21 business days, depending on the bank’s procedures.
The customer is responsible for delivery fees if the return or exchange is due to reasons not related to a manufacturing defect.

Second: Return or Exchange Process
The customer must provide clear photos or videos of the product from all angles to confirm that it has not been used or opened.
Once approved, pickup will be arranged through the delivery company (if applicable).
The product will be inspected by the ELIT STORE team before completing the return or exchange process.
If the product is found to be damaged or incorrect upon delivery, ELIT STORE will cover all replacement and delivery costs.
If the product is in good condition and the return is requested for personal reasons, the customer will bear:
•Delivery fees
•A small service fee may be deducted in case of electronic payment

Third: Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened or used.
Products that are incomplete or missing original accessories.
Damage caused by misuse, dropping, or water exposure.
Perfumes, personal accessories, and hygiene products (for health reasons).
Products purchased during clearance or special discount offers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Fourth: Warranty Policy
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include:
•Breakage or intentional damage
•Misuse
•Water or heat damage
•Damage caused by dropping or tampering
Warranty duration varies by product and is clearly stated on the product page in the store.
The invoice or order number must be provided to benefit from warranty services.
Inspection typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the product type and service provider.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, one of the following solutions will be applied:
•Full refund or replacement with a new product
•Repair, if deemed the most suitable solution
•Store credit equal to the product value
